Week 5 of the 2024 NFL season has arrived, and just two teams remain undefeated at this point: Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings. They represent the top teams in each conference after their hot starts to the year.
On the other end of the spectrum is the Jacksonville Jaguars as the only team entering Week 5 without a win. They will have their work cut out if they want to make a run at the NFL playoffs, as they face an uphill battle.
Some of the stat leaders this year are a bit surprising as well, especially for the quarterbacks. Geno Smith leads the entire NFL in passing yards and Sam Darnold has the most touchdown passes.

NFL Week 5 stat leaders
Derrick Henry continues to be an absolute force in the rushing game despite switching teams for the first time in his legendary career. He leads all players in rushing yards entering Week 5.
He is joined by Nico Collins as the receiving yardage leader, with more than 100 additional yards than any other player through the first four weeks of the season. He has done so despite the Houston Texans adding significant target competition to his offense, especially superstar wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
On the defensive side of the football, Aidan Hutchinson leads the way with 6.5 sacks. It's important to note that five of those sacks came in just one game, so despite averaging just half of a sack in his other three games, he still tops the rankings for most sacks in 2024.
