Reports claim that NFL practice squad players earn a minimum of $12,000 per week in 2023. Meanwhile, the minimum salary for NFL players on the active roster in 2023 is estimated at $750,000.

There are a total of eight teams playing in the XFL this season. The teams are divided into two divisions, north and south.
