Jordan Love and Christian Watson are a potent combination for the Green Bay Packers. Watson makes tough catches and sprints down the field for major gains. Watson has amassed most of his career stats with Love throwing him the ball.
Watson was injured in the second quarter of their Week 16 win over the New Orleans Saints. Let's examine Watson's availability ahead of Week 17.
What happened to Christian Watson?
Christian Watson suffered a knee injury when he was tackled after gaining 14 yards on a patented run play. He looked winded as he got off the turf and promptly went to the medical tent for extra evaluation. He returned briefly to the contest but couldn't amass further stats. He ended the game with two carries for 23 rushing yards.

"There is certainly some concern there. We are going to get some more testing done tomorrow. Hopefully, I will have an answer for you tomorrow," coach Matt LaFleur said.
Watson and the Packers will hope that the injury isn't too serious, as Watson could be an asset in the postseason.
How has Christian Watson performed this season?
Christian Watson has impressed this season despite having a lot of competition at the wide receiver position in Green Bay. Watson shares targets with Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs and running back Josh Jacobs.
The North Dakota State product amassed 29 receptions, 620 receiving yards, and two touchdowns. He's also added 23 rushing yards for good measure. Furthermore, Watson's 21.4 yards per catch ranks 10th in the league.
Watson's absence for the bulk of Week 16 did not affect his team's productivity, as the Packers recorded a 34-0 win. It was never close as Jordan Love sliced and diced the eliminated New Orleans Saints.
Next, the Packers will face the Minnesota Vikings. After the game, they'll face the Chicago Bears to close the season. Hopefully, the Packers will be in good health by the time the playoffs begin.
