Denver Broncos wideout Josh Reynolds was involved in a shooting last week, according to a report on Thursday. The NFL player was reportedly shot twice after leaving Shotgun Willie’s strip club in Glendale, Colorado, on Friday at around 3 a.m. local time.

Reynolds, who was with two other men in a blue Ford Bronco, was shot in his left arm and on the back of his head, according to 9News. The Denver receiver was treated for minor injuries.

Police records state that another man was shot in his back and a third man was wounded by shattered glass.

The shooting reportedly took place at East Hampden Avenue and South Dahlia Street after Reynolds and his group were being followed by three vehicles. On Wednesday, it was reported that the Denver police arrested two suspects in the case, Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza.

Documents also state that Reynolds and his friends fled the scene in their car and ran away from the shooters after the car was undrivable. They also climbed over a fence, and police responded to their 911 calls. All three had scrapes on their skin from trying to climb over the fence. The Ford Bronco reportedly had numerous bullet holes in the back driver-side and front windshield.

As per documents, Reynolds and his friends said that they were leaving the club at around 2:45 a.m. but had no problems inside the place. While Mendoza had entered the club at around midnight, documents say he was keeping an eye on the Reynolds and his group.

As Reynolds and his friends left, Mendoza allegedly followed them out of the club and also had two other drivers chase the Ford Bronco. Charlesworth later confessed that he had been helping his friends sort out a previous dispute but denied shooting at the NFL player's group.

It remains to be seen when Reynolds will return for the Broncos after being involved in a shooting that caused minor injuries.

Reynolds has played in five games this season, racking up 183 yards on 12 receptions and catching a touchdown.
