Quentin Johnston is a wide receiver who plays for the Texas Christian University (TCU). Johnston grew up in Temple, Texas and was born on 6th September 2001. The four-star recruit out of high school joined TCU after initially being inclined to Texas University. With the TCU Horned Frogs, Quentin made an instant impact and he has been an important part of the team ever since.
The first thing that comes to mind when one watches Quentin Johnston is his frame. A tall and lean wide receiver who has got explosive speed as well. If Quentin gets separation from a defender then it's extremely difficult to track him down. In addition to his quickness, he has got long arms and a huge catch radius to haul in difficult throws.
On the weaknesses front, he has been somewhat inconsistent in catching the ball. Mostly his dropped catches are attributed to his lack of concentration, an aspect he needs to work on if he is to succeed in the big leagues.
Overall, Quentin Johnston is still a great addition to any team who needs a top wide receiver. Quentin is rated as a top 5 receiver in this year's draft class and he has an excellent chance of hearing his name in the first round this year.
