For Super Bowl 2025, Sodexo Live was given the job of creating a menu that wouldn’t just encompass the championship game but also give fans a taste of New Orleans. The menu was unveiled on Monday and Forbes reported that there are quite a few options. Not only that, Sodexo Live! national executive chef Carmen Callo and his team confirmed that alligator would be served alongside various forms of seafood and more.

Here's a list of what has been reported on the menu at the Caesars Superdome:

• Three types of po' boys: surf & turf po'boy, a soft shell crab po'boy, and a fried oyster po'boy

• Alligator sausage on French bread.
