There is a real "Over 80 for Brady" fan club

The first part of the movie that is true is that there was an Over 80 fan club for Tom Brady during his New England Patriots days. These fans bonded over their love for Brady and his feats with the Patriots. While they didn't attend the Super Bowl game against the Atlanta Falcons, it is still a wholesome touch for the movie's producers to add to the script.

The real-life "80 for Brady" women absolutely adored Tom Brady

They never held back about their admiration for the greatest quarterback to play in the NFL. For example, Over 80 for Brady fan club member Betty Pensavalle, 94, called the former quarterback handsome, adorable, and gorgeous. Elaine St. Martin described him as "really handsome."

Tom Brady produced the movie

The recently retired icon made his movie production debut with the movie, which is wholesome. He produced and developed the film with Donna Gigliotti and Endeavor Content.

Brady said his role as an actor in the film is "small" and essentially a cameo. He spent two days filming his part and told Variety that he "learned a lot" while on set. Brady's former Patriots teammates Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, and Danny Amendola also have cameos.

The movie has been well-received so far, and whether Brady will produce similar movies remains to be seen. He has far more time on his hands now, so don't be too surprised if you see the GOAT take on and conquer yet another career path.
