When we think of the names of such amazing coaches in the NFL the name of Zac Taylor certainly does come to mind. Zac Taylor is a professional American football coach who currently serves as the head coach for the Cincinnati Bengals. He was born on May 10, 1983, in Norman, Oklahoma, Currently, he is 40 years old.

Zac Taylor is also a former NFL player, his professional career as a football player began in 2007 when he was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Taylor's career as a football player wasn't what he expected his career was over before it even began. He was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before the start of the season and due to that he has never played in any NFL season thus ending his career as a football player. Even though Taylor’s initial career in the NFL was not the one to remember, Taylor in his college career was widely considered as one of the best quarterbacks in his college. After playing with multiple different college football teams Taylor finished his college career in 2007.

Zac Taylor is married to Sarah Sherman the couple got married in 2008 and since then they have had four children together. The Taylor family are not usually seen in public; they have been known to keep a low profile.

Zac Taylor Teams Coached

Zack Taylor’s career as a professional career coach in the NFL began in 2008 when he joined Texas A&M University as their graduate assistant and tight ends coach. His time with them was greatly valuable for him and throughout his time with Texas A&M University, he kept evolving and enhancing his coaching skills. In 2012 he signed with the Miami Dolphins and he served as their assistant wide receivers coach from 2012 to 2014 due to his brilliant coaching skills the Dolphins promoted Taylor to the quarterbacks coach in 2015. In 2016 Zac Taylor was one of the NFL's 30 Under 30 coaches in 2016.

In 2019 Zac Taylor signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as their head coach becoming the youngest head coach in the NFL at the age of 35. He led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990 in 2021 and also led them to the Super Bowl in 2021. Taylor's current run with the Bengals has had its own ups and downs. Zac Taylor is still young compared to other coaches in this prestigious league so it may be wise to say that the best of Zac Taylor is still yet to come.
