Rodgers and Patrick first met at the 2012 ESPY Awards but didn't start dating until 2018. Despite being in the public eye, Rodgers and Patrick initially managed to keep their relationship relatively low-key.

But there was trouble brewing in paradise. Rodgers' strained relationship with his family has been widely reported over the years, with even his brothers commenting on the matter. Many reports suggest that the QB's relationship with Patrick might have played a role.
