It's remarkable enough for a quarterback to win the NFL MVP award once, let alone twice. That's exactly what the Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has done in his six years in the NFL.
Jackson has consistently demonstrated that he is among the top quarterbacks in the NFL right now. The Ravens chose him with the 32nd overall pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL draft, and since then, he has contributed to the team's reputation as one of the league's most competitive teams.
Before playing in the NFL, Jackson had already made a big impression on college football fans from 2015 to 2017, when he was at the University of Louisville.

He impressively added 11 running touchdowns and an additional 960 rushing yards. It was clear then that he was prepared for a larger role on the team, and that's precisely what he got in his sophomore year.

Jackson returned to his regular activities in 2017 — his final season of college — and had another successful campaign. He registered 1,601 rushing yards and another 18 touchdowns on the ground that year, plus 3,660 passing yards and 27 touchdown passes. However, the quarterback could not win the Heisman Trophy in consecutive seasons, and he placed third behind Baker Mayfield (first place) and Bryce Love (second place).
