Who owns the XFL? All you need to know about the league's new owners
The XFL is currently owned by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The WWE legend led a group of investors with his business partner Dany Garcia, along with RedBird Capital, to acquire the league in August 2020.
Reports claim that Johnson purchased the league for a whopping $15 million just three months after previous owner Vince McMahon put the XFL up for sale.
Garcia serves as the league's current CEO while former Buffalo Bills executive Russ Brandon is the president of the league.
