Due to their No. 2 seed, the Eagles will face the seventh-seeded Green Bay Packers (11-6) in the wild-card round on Jan. 12. Philly will also play the first-round postseason game at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles got a home-field advantage against Green Bay since they finished in the top four seeds of the NFC.

The Eagles clinched the NFC East title this season, finishing the regular season with a 14-3 record. They closed out the season with a 20-13 win over the New York Giants in Week 18 and allowed some of their key starters to rest before the postseason.

The upcoming game between the Eagles and Packers will be the fourth time these teams meet in the playoffs. Philly leads the head-to-head over Green Bay 2-1 in postseason games.

The Eagles have made the playoffs in each of the past three seasons. They made it to the Super Bowl in 2023 but lost to the Kansas City Chiefs at the final hurdle. The Eagles were eliminated in the wild-card round on the two other occasions.
