Fred Warner was born in San Marcos, California, on November 19, 1996, to parents Laura and Fred Warner Sr. He is the oldest of their three children—two sons and a daughter.

When Warner was young, his parents divorced, and his mother, Laura Warner, raised Fred and his siblings on her own. He has a younger brother, Troy Warner, and a sister, Maya Warner. Fred's parents were both born and reared in America.

Many people believe Warner is of Mexican descent; however, his father, Fred Warner Sr., was of Panamanian descent but was born in the United States of America.

Laura, Warner's mother, has had the greatest influence on him throughout his life. Despite having to earn a living, she single-handedly raised Fred and his siblings.

Warner proposed to his long-term girlfriend, reality TV star Sydney Hightower, in May 2021.

The pair dated for a total of twelve months before getting engaged. The couple married in June of 2022.

The San Francisco 49ers selected Warner as the 70th overall pick in the third round of the 2018 NFL draft. He is currently playing his fifth season with the 49ers. In his rookie season in 2018, he had 124 tackles, two QB hits, one forced fumble, six passes defended, and one fumble recovered.

Warner made his third playoff appearance in 2022 and will be playing his second NFC Championship game this season. So far, he has started in eight playoff games and recorded 56 tackles.

In five regular seasons, Warner has started all 81 games he has played. He has 634 tackles, 23 QB hits, 6.5 sacks, 35 passes defended, and six fumbles recovered.

He made it to the Pro Bowl and was selected as the first-team All-Pro in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
