Head Referee: Scott Novak

Scott Novak was hired by the NFL in 2014 and he began his officiating journey in the pro league as a field judge. He was promoted to referee before the 2019 season.

The Browns (3-13) vs. Ravens (11-5) game will be telecast live nationally on ABC/ESPN. The regular-season finale between the two teams will also be live-streamed on ESPN+.

Locals in Baltimore can also watch the game on WMAR Ch. 2.
