This Week 1 matchup will be Olsen’s first regular season game with Davis. That's because Olsen previously called games as part of Fox’s top lineup with Kevin Burkhardt. However, due to the addition of Tom Brady, Olsen will slide down to the No. 2 team for the network.
Greg Olsen is a former starting tight end in the NFL and played for the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks. He retired from the NFL in 2021 and joined Fox as a broadcaster. He called the 2022 Super Bowl with Kevin Burkhardt.
Joe Davis has been with Fox since 2014. He also serves as the play-by-play voice for the LA Dodgers in the MLB. Davis has experience calling college football in addition to his work as an NFL commentator.
