Tedy Bruschi joined brothers Eli and Peyton Manning on Monday for the 10th and final episode of ManningCast this season. The former New England Patriots linebacker appeared as a special guest during Monday night's game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys.
The three-time Super Bowl winner left viewers in splits with his back-and-forth with the Manning brothers. Many NFL fans were delighted to see and hear from Bruschi. Some were also keen to know more about his married life with his wife, Heidi Bomberger.
Tedy and Heidi met during their days at the University of Arizona. They instantly hit it off and never looked back. While Tedy focused on football, Heidi played for the USA National Volleyball team. She received a full-time scholarship from the University of Arizona for softball and volleyball.
Tedy and Heidi officially tied the knot on June 27, 1997. Their wedding was a private ceremony attended by close family members and friends. The couple have three children together, Tedy Jr., Rex, and Dante. Heidi gave up on her volleyball career so she could focus on raising her children.

Heidi was beside Tedy when he suffered a career-threatening stroke in 2005. She spends her free time helping out with Tedy's NGO called 'Tedy's Team'. With the support of the American Stroke Association, the couple started 'Tedy's Team' in 2005. The foundation promotes awareness and raises money for victims of stroke and heart disease.
Meanwhile, Tedy worked as an NFL analyst following his football career. He joined ESPN in 2009. Bruschi has made appearances on programs such as Sunday NFL Countdown, Get Up and SportsCenter.
Amid their busy work schedules, Tedy and Heidi are still very much in love.

Tedy Bruschi was picked by the New England Patriots in the third round of the 1996 NFL Draft. The linebacker went on to play in the NFL for 13 seasons. He won three Super Bowls with the Patriots.
In 189 career games, he racked up 1,110 combined tackles and 30.5 quarterback sacks. Bruschi also recorded 12 interceptions and 17 forced fumbles.
The legendary linebacker officially retired from the NFL in 2008. In 2021, he was appointed as the senior advisor to the head coach at the University of Arizona. Bruschi's team managed an eighth-place finish in the Pac 10 division with a 3-6 record this past season.
