Victoria Fuller was born on October 7, 1993, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She graduated with a degree in Economics from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in 2015.

According to reports, Fuller currently works a part-time job at a yoga studio. She previously worked as a medical sales representative and also held a job at TEKsystems in New York.

Fuller is also a well-known TV personality, who rose to prominence when she appeared on Season 23 of 'The Bachelor' in 2020, alongside Peter Weber. Despite getting eliminated from the show relatively early in Week 9, she became a fan-favorite because of her charming personality.

It was also reported that Fuller was in a relationship with former 'Bachelor' star Chris Soules for five months before the two announced their split on September 9, 2020. She also briefly dated country singer Chase Rice.

Fuller returned to reality TV in season 8 of 'Bachelor in Paradise' in 2022 and announced her engagement to Johnny DePhillipo. However, their engagement was called off even before the season ended.

After leaving the 'Bachelor in Paradise' show, Fuller was reportedly in a relationship with Greg Grippo, but it also ended after a year of dating.

In July, Fuller confirmed that she was dating Titans quarterback Will Levis. She attended Tennessee's NFL training camp and made an interesting revelation about the signal-caller in a TikTok video, about his love for flowers, specifically blue hydrangeas.

She also attended Tennessee's preseason opener against the San Francisco 49ers at Nissan Stadium on Saturday. Levis played a few snaps in the contest.
