The San Antonio Brahmas entered the championship matchup with the best defensive record in the UFL. Meanwhile, the Birmingham Stallions were the second-best-rated defensive unit. The scores were tied at 0-0 for most of the opening two quarters at the Dome at America's Center, St. Louis, Missouri.

However, Birmingham eventually broke the deadlock with 40 seconds remaining in the first half and Skip Holtz's team didn't look back. The Stallions went on to score 14 points in the third quarter and added three more in the final quarter. The Brahmas, on the other hand, failed to get on the scoreboard during the entire game.

Birmingham linebacker Kyahva Tezino had an excellent game for the Stallions. He racked up nine total tackles (six solo, three assisted) and forced two fumbles while recovering one.

Adrian Martinez was the star of the night and picked up the MVP award for his outstanding display in the final. The Birmingham quarterback completed 13 of 23 passes for 98 yards and one touchdown. He also scored two rushing touchdowns to put the Stallions out of reach.

For the Brahmas, quarterback Chase Garbers threw for 116 yards on 18 passes but failed to pick a pass to his teammates in the end zone. San Antonio also mustered up a rather underwhelming 52 rushing yards in total.

The Stallions were a cut above the rest throughout the tournament. They finished the regular season with a 9-1 record, which was the best among all teams in the league.

The playoffs then appeared to be just another cakewalk for the Stallions. In the USFL conference title game, Birmingham beat the Michigan Panthers 31-18 and then followed that up with a dominant 25-0 victory against the Brahmas in the UFL final.

Notably, this is the third season in a row the Stallions have won the championship title, having won two USFL championships in two previous seasons.
