#14, Todd Bowles

Playoff record: 1-2

Todd Bowles won a playoff game last year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a breakout season for Baker Mayfield. The quarterback has taken another step forward this year, so Bowles will be seeking his second career playoff win.

#13, DeMeco Ryans

Playoff record: 1-1

DeMeco Ryans got his first taste of playoff football last season as a head coach for the Houston Texans. He also earned his first postseason victory, so he will look to take another step forward this year.

#12, Dan Quinn

Playoff record: 3-2

Dan Quinn has turned things around for the Washington Commanders in his first year as their coach. They will enter the playoffs as one of the most dangerous teams, led by superstar rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels.

#11, Matt LaFleur

Playoff record: 3-4

Matt LaFleur has posted winning seasons in five of his six years with the Green Bay Packers, including four with at least 11 victories. He has also won at least one playoff game in three of his four postseason appearances.

#10, Nick Sirianni

Playoff record: 2-3

Nick Sirianni has contributed to the Philadelphia Eagles bouncing back this year after an epic collapse last season. They are in strong shape with a healthy roster and the two-seed in the NFC this year.

#9, Dan Campbell

Playoff record: 2-1

Dan Campbell has seemingly turned things around for the Detroit Lions, who are among the NFC favorites for the second consecutive season. They fell one game short of the Super Bowl last year, so an improvement could get them into the big game.

#8, Jim Harbaugh

Playoff record: 5-3

Jim Harbaugh helped the San Francisco 49ers win an NFC championship before leading the Michigan Wolverines to a national championship. He continued his winning ways by leading the Los Angeles Chargers to a playoff appearance in his first year with the team.

#7, Sean McDermott

Playoff record: 5-6

Sean McDermott has now helped the Buffalo Bills make it to the NFL playoffs in six consecutive seasons. He and Josh Allen are aiming for their first Super Bowl appearance.

#6, Kevin O'Connell

Playoff record: 0-1

Kevin O'Connell is among the favorites to win the NFL Coach of the Year award after helping the Minnesota Vikings to a 14-3 record with a backup quarterback. He lost his first career playoff game, so he's hoping for better results this time around.

#5, Sean Payton

Playoff record: 9-8

Sean Payton won a Super Bowl ring as the coach of the New Orleans Saints. He is now with the Denver Broncos and hoping to earn the rare accomplishment of winning a ring with more than one team.

#4, John Harbaugh

Playoff record: 12-10

John Harbaugh has the second-most playoff wins of any coach in the postseason this year. He has also won a Super Bowl ring with the Baltimore Ravens.

#3, Mike Tomlin

Playoff record: 8-10

Mike Tomlin has incredibly never had a losing season in nearly two decades as the coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has also found success in the playoffs but hasn't won a postseason game since Ben Roethlisberger retired.

#2, Sean McVay

Playoff record: 7-4

Sean McVay has already won a Super Bowl ring with the Los Angeles Rams and holds an impressive 7-4 playoff record. They also enter the postseason on a hot streak, having won five of their past six games.

#1, Andy Reid

Playoff record: 26-16

Andy Reid has won three Super Bowl rings since joining the Kansas City Chiefs and now has the second most playoff wins in NFL history, trailing only Bill Belichick. He is seeking to lead the first team to a three-peat this year.
