The Jacksonville Jaguars will kick off the NFL's Sunday schedule with an early, early kickoff from London. They will take on the Chicago Bears at 9:30 am (ET) at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Jaguars enter Week 6 with a 1-4 record and find themselves bottom of the AFC South standings.
The New York Jets fired head coach Robert Saleh first thing Tuesday morning after flying back. Doug Pederson will be hoping he can avoid that fate after the NFL's second London game of the season. To do that, the Jaguars head coach will need all the resources he can get. Pederson has a few injury concerns but gave an optimistic update on lead tight end Evan Engram, who has been beset with injury issues this year.
Earlier this week, Pederson noted that Evan Engram was trending in the "right direction" for the London game.

"We'd lean towards him playing in this game," the Jaguars head coach told reporters.
Is Evan Engram playing today?
Going by Pederson's comments, the Jaguars appear pretty optimistic about having Engram back for the early kickoff against the Bears.
The Jaguars have him officially listed as questionable on their injury report but considering he was a limited participant in practice all week, things are looking up for the franchise.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport also reports that Engram will face the Bears this afternoon.
Engram hasn't suited up since Week 1 against the Miami Dolphins when he had one catch for five yards. The following week, Engram suffered a hamstring injury during pregame warmups against the Cleveland Browns and has been unavailable ever since.
Interestingly, prior to the Week 2 injury, Engram did not miss a single game since signing with the franchise in 2022. Engram caught 114 passes for 963 yards and four touchdowns last season.
Evan Engram's fantasy outlook for Week 6
While Engram's injury update will be a big boost for Doug Pederson, especially given their 1-4 record, expectations should be tempered for the tight end's potential return to action.
The Jaguars could also have him on a snap count this week to ease his way into the thick of things. All things considered, we could see Luke Farrell and Brenton Strange also take the field more than a few times on Sunday in London.
Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer predicts a return of 7.4 points for Engram this week.
