Reid said that Kansas City plans to move Pacheco from the injured reserve list this week, which will then open a 21-day window for him to return. The Chiefs will hold three practice sessions during the week, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If Pacecho can partake in full practice, there is a high chance that he can return in time to face the Bills on Sunday.

Since Pacheco had to undergo surgery on his fractured right fibula, the Chiefs need to be careful when bringing him back into the fray.

Isiah Pacheco injury: What happened to Chiefs RB?

Pacheco fractured his fibula on the final drive of Kansas City's Week 2 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. His right foot got caught in the turf while being tackled and he fell awkwardly. The running back exited the game and was later seen wearing crutches and a walking boot while leaving Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs then placed Pacheco on the injured reserve list. He has missed seven games already, but it appears that the player is close to returning.

Pacheco played just two games for the Chiefs before his injury. He recorded 135 yards on 34 carries and rushed for one touchdown, while also adding 54 yards on seven receptions.

The Chiefs vs Bills Week 11 game will be broadcast live on CBS, with kick off at 4:25 p.m. EST from Highmark Stadium.
