
Woody Marks is an American football running back from the University of Southern California. He previously played for Mississippi State University. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, where he attended Carver High School. Marks committed to the Mississippi State Bulldogs football program in 2020 and stayed there for three years before transferring to the USC Trojans for his senior year in 2024. Marks became the Mississippi State school record holder in career receptions at 214, the most receptions in school history, irrespective of position. He had 1,883 rushing yards and 22 rushing touchdowns, and he accumulated 1,225 receiving yards with five receiving touchdowns.
He had a pass reception in 45 consecutive games, breaking the school record and the second in the SEC at that time. At USC, He had 198 carries for 1,133 yards and nine touchdowns and a 5.7 yards per carry average. He also had 47 receptions for 321 yards. Marks ended his college career with 3,016 rushing yards, 31 rushing touchdowns, 261 receptions, 1,546 receiving yards, and five receiving touchdowns at the end of his college career.
