Isaiah Avery "Zay" Jones is an American NFL wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals in the 2024 NFL season. The Buffalo Bills drafted Jones with the 37th overall pick in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Buffalo Bills (2017–2019), Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders (2019–2021), and Jacksonville Jaguars (2022–2023), before joining the Cardinals in 2024. According to Spotrac, he signed a one-year $2.25 million contract with the Cardinals in May 2024. As of Week 15 2024, he has recorded a total of 290 receptions, amassing 3,047 receiving yards and scoring 18 touchdowns throughout his NFL career (via Pro Football Reference).
During his collegiate years, Jones played football for the East Carolina Pirates, representing East Carolina University from 2013 to 2016. According to Sports Reference, he concluded his collegiate career with 399 receptions for 4,279 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns. Notably, he was named a First-team All-American and a First-team All-AAC in 2016. Before committing to East Carolina University, he played high school football at Stephen F. Austin High School in Austin, Texas.
