Tate and Monica head toward the dormitory to seek shelter. Kayce later discovers that Tate and Monica are holed up in Monica's room. Tate hides underneath the bed, apparently shaken by the situation. Kayce gets Tate out of bed, holds him back, and tells him everything's okay.

Tate Dutton is kidnapped by a neo-Nazi group set up by the Beck brothers. The Duttons soon made the connection between Malcolm and Teal Beck and Tate's abduction. The Beck brothers are business people who have their own ideas of what they would like to do with the land at Yellowstone Dutton Ranch and the Broken Rock Indian Reservation. They launch several personal attacks against the Dutton family and are not afraid of spilling blood.

When Tate was kidnapped, it quickly became clear to the Duttons that Teal and Malcolm Beck were behind the incident. After obtaining the brothers' information, John runs a group to save Tate. Kayce then finds his son with a shaved head in a washroom. Even though Tate was not physically injured throughout the event, it was sufficient to traumatize him.

Prior to rescuing Tate, Monica, Tate's mother, and Kayce's wife got Kayce to promise two things. Get their kid safely and get rid of the Beck Brothers. The Duttons, seeking vengeance, found nothing wrong with it because they believed that the Beck Brothers had crossed the line. While Dutton was raiding Brother Beck's mansion, Kayce found Teal in the bathroom. He fires on him and interrogates him. Upon learning of Tate's whereabouts, Kayce has no hesitation in ending Teal's life. In the meantime, John succeeds in shooting Malcolm, who tries to get away. Next, John sits down with Malcolm while he is bleeding slowly. Finally, John ends up getting away with it and lets Malcolm die on his own.
