Andrea Harrison commits suicide. To avoid being turned into a walker, the character kills herself after being bitten by a zombified Milton who was the Governor's, right-hand man.
For the unversed, the governor had kept Andrea tied to a chair in his torture room where he also stabbed Milton and left him for dead. Milton slowly dies but before dying, he tells Andrea about the pliers behind the chair she is tied to and orders her to kill him once she gets free. Andrea struggles to get free from the chair by cutting through the restraints. While at it, Milton reanimates as a Walker, and before she could free herself fully and kill him, Milton bites Andrea. Thus in order to stop herself from turning into a walker, Andrea decides to commit suicide.
Does anyone come to save Andrea from the governor?
Her allies, Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Tyreese Williams, Sasha Williams, and her close friend Michonne Hawthorne find their way to Andrea to the torture room and find a pool of blood outside the room. They go in and find Milton's body and a bitten Andrea who sits against the wall in defeat.
Michonne cries as she sees Andrea being bitten. Andreas requests everyone that she wants to commit suicide in order to avoid turning into a walker. At first, all her allies refuse to agree to her terms but then Rick Grimes gives her his revolver and leaves the room with Daryl. Tyreese Williams and Sasha Williams also leave the room after bidding Andrea adieu with heavy hearts. Michonne decides to stay with her best friend as she commits suicide. Andrea shoots herself and Michonne is shown crying uncontrollably.
Andrea's body is then brought back to the prison for burial.
