Chip Ganassi Racing is the reigning champion of the IndyCar series. The team came under the spotlight in the 2024 IndyCar season for their contract battle with Arrow McLaren for star driver Alex Palou. Chip Ganassi Racing got hold of Palou, who shone with McLaren, for the 2024 season. Palau created history in the 2024 IndyCar, winning the drivers championship. The team clinched five victories and 15 podium finishes.

Chip Ganassi Racing is one of the most successful teams of NASCAR having won the driver’s championship 12 times and the Indy 500 race five times in IndyCar. The team has collected 96 victories overall in IndyCar. The team has participated in other motorsport events including NASCAR.
