Roger Penske, the founder and owner of Penske Corporation is the owner of Team Penske. He is a businessman and retired professional driver. Roger also has involvement in IndyCar, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and other motorsport businesses. Penske was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2019 and received the Presidential Medal of Freedom for his contribution to the American motorsports genre. Roger Penske has won six IndyCar championships and 5 NASCAR Cup Series championships as a team owner.
Roger Searle Penske was born on February 20, 1937, in Ohio in the United States. Penske was inspired by his father who was also an entrepreneur. He started buying old cars and selling them for profit after repairing them as a teenager. Penske graduated from Lehigh University in 1959. Roger Penske was awarded the SCCA Driver of the Year in 1961 by Sports Illustrated.

He is a native of Indianapolis and was born on April 20, 1968. Tim Cindric is an alumnus of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Ron Ruzewski is the managing director of Team Penske. He joined the team in 2005 and has been working as crew chief for their IndyCar team since 2022. He was appointed as the organization’s managing director before the 2019 season. Ron Ruzewski worked at Yamaha Motor Corporation from 1996 to 2005 serving as their department manager for Advanced Development in their Snowmobile wing. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Industrial Engineering. Ruzewski has two children, Taylor and Kenzie with his wife Kim.

He resides in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife Tracy.
