She reached her first Grand Slam semifinal at the 2024 US Open, defeating Paula Badosa in the quarterfinals and defending champion Coco Gauff in the fourth round. He is the son of football coach Frank Navarro and completed his graduation in finance in 1984 from the University of Rhode Island.

Navarro also invested his fund in Beemok Hospitality Collection, which includes Charleston Palace, in 2021. He tried to purchase the Carolina Panthers but lost the bid to David Tepper in 2018. He is the former vice president of Citigroup.

Ben Navarro is the owner of two famous tennis tournaments, namely the Cincinnati Open and the Charleston Open. He helped in the renovation of the stadium Credit One.
