Josh Giddey is an Australian power forward and small forward for the Oklahoma City Thunder in the National Basketball League (NBA). The OKC Thunder drafted Giddey with the sixth overall pick in 2020. On December 26, 2021, Giddey joined Norm Van Lier as the second player in the history of the NBA to record a scoreless double-double with 10 assists and 10 rebounds in a win against the New Orleans Pelicans.
In the 2022/23 season, Giddey played 76 games with the Thunder. He averaged 16.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.4 blocks per game. He shot 48.2% from the field, including 32.5% from deep.
