The Golden State Warriors drafted Kevon Grant Looney with the 30th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. The veteran center is notable for winning the NBA championship thrice (2017, 2018 and 2022) with the Dubs.

Known for his durability and elite rebounding skills, Looney has played all 82 games in the past two seasons. He averaged a career-high 7.0 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.6 blocks per game in the 2022/23 season. During the 2023 playoffs, Looney became the first player with three games with more than 20 rebounds in one series after Dwight Howard in 2008. Furthermore, he is the third Warriors to achieve this after Wilt Chamberlain and Nate Thurmond.

In 17 games so far in the 2023/24 season, Looney is averaging 6.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. Alongside the Splash Brothers, he will hope to make another deep postseason run in 2024.
