Los Angeles Rams Bio

The Rams were established in 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio as the Cleveland Rams. The club moved to Los Angeles in 1946, becoming the NFL's first coast-to-coast franchise as a result. The Rams moved back to St. Louis, Missouri, after the 1994 campaign. The St. Louis Rams, led by Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner, won their first Super Bowl in 2000 by defeating the Tennessee Titans, 23-16, five seasons after they relocated. In 2016, the Rams once more adopted the Los Angeles Rams moniker. The Rams are the only NFL team to have won titles while playing for three different cities: St. Louis in 1999, Cleveland in 1951, and Los Angeles in 2020. They won their second Super Bowl in an enthralling match up against the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI, to become the second NFL team to win the Vince Lombardi trophy in their own home. The Los Angeles Rams, owned by Stan Korenke is one of the most valuable NFL franchises as per Forbes, who value them at $6.4 billion.

Los Angeles Rams Next Game

The Los Angeles Rams will innaugurate the start of the upcoming NFL season with three preseason games. They will face their city rivals, the Los Angeles Chargers for their first preseason game on August 13, 2023.

The Rams will play the first match of their regular season on September 10, 2023 against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field, Seattle. They will play their first home game at the SoFi Stadium against the San Francisco 49ers in Gameweek 2. The Rams will get a much deserved break mid season during Gameweek 10 as it is their bye week. The Rams will play the final game of the regular season on 7 January, 2024 against the 49ers at an away game.

Los Angeles Rams Roster 2023-24

The Los Angeles Rams may have missed out on a playoff berth last season but the squad is also consisting of players who lifted the Super Bowl trophy two seasons back. Veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford will be leading the Rams' offense as the primary signal caller. Joining him as an offensive threat is wide receiver Cooper Kupp and cornerback Cobie Durant. Defensive tackle Aaron Donald is a name who is ever present when it comes to mentioning the strength of the L.A. Rams' roster.
