Malcolm Moses Brogdon is an American professional basketball point guard/shooting guard for the Portland Trail Blazers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born on December 11, 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Brogdon was a top 100 recruit out of high school and committed to playing college basketball for Virginia. He was named a consensus Second-team All-American, as well as the First-team All-ACC and ACC Co-Defensive Player of the Year in his junior season.

As a senior, Brogdon earned numerous prestigious awards including ACC Player of the Year, ACC Defensive Player of the Year, first-team All-American, and a finalist for the Naismith Award. His college jersey No. 15 was retired on February 20, 2017.

Brogdon was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the 36th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. After averaging 10.2 points and 4.2 assists per game in his rookie season, Brogdon won the Rookie of the Year, and was part of the All-Rookie First Team.

In June 2019, Brogdon was traded to the Indiana Pacers, via a sign-and-trade with the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for future picks. He signed a four-year contract with the Pacers worth $85 million. After three seasons in Indiana, Brogdon was traded again, this time to the Boston Celtics in exchange for Aaron Nesmith, Daniel Theis, Nik Stauskas, Malik Fitts, Juwan Morgan, and a 2023 first-round draft pick.

Assuming a bench role as the Celtics' sixth man, Brogdon was named the NBA Sixth Man of the Year that season.

This offseason, Brogdon was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers on October 1, 2023, along with Robert Williams III and two future first-round draft picks in exchange for Jrue Holiday.

Internationally, Brogdon played for the United States national team at the 2015 Pan American Games, where he won a bronze medal.
