Cameron "Cam" Whitmore is an American college basketball player who currently plays for the Villanova Wildcats of the Big East Conference. Cameron "Cam" Whitmore was a highly-touted recruit in the class of 2022, with a reputation as a versatile and athletic wing player with a high basketball IQ. He was considered one of the top prospects in the state of Maryland and had received scholarship offers from several top-tier college basketball programs before committing to Villanova.
In high school, Whitmore played for Archbishop Spalding, where he was a two-time Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference Player of the Year and a two-time Baltimore Catholic League Player of the Year.
