Alan Bowman is a college football quarterback for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, representing the University of Oklahoma. Alan joined Oklahoma in 2023 and returns for a seventh year of college football and a second year at Oklahoma State in 2024 after receiving an eligibility extension due to a season-ending injury in 2019.

In his senior year in 2023, Alan earned honors by being named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team and received honorable mention All-Big 12 honors from the league's head coaches. Prior to Oklahoma, he played for the Michigan State Wolverines from 2021 to 2022, playing in three games in his first year as a Wolverine and also in 2022. Additionally, he played for the Texas Tech Red Raiders from 2018 to 2020.
