A former Late Model driver for JR Motorsports, Josh Berry has made a name for himself in the grassroots level of racing first, and then stepped up on the big stage driving the famous #4 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford Mustang Dark Horse that Kevin Harvick used to drive until last year. Perhaps the biggest highlight of his career as a JR Motorsports driver was his 2019 victory in the ValleyStar Credit Union 300 at Martinsville Speedway. He has also driven full-time in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series and rose to the limelight by bagging the 2020 championship.
Just the following year, Berry won his first-ever race in NASCAR’s top-tiers. In a span of two years, he brought his Xfinity Series victory total to five and at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2022, he even made it to the coveted Championship 4. He has also made 11 attempts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. As mentioned earlier, 2024 is Berry's rookie year as a Cup Series driver for Tony Stewart's team.
