Brian Callahan is an American football head coach for the Tennessee Titans in the NFL, as of 2024 NFL season. As a graduate assistant with the UCLA Bruins, Callahan started his coaching career in 2006. Callahan has coached five NFL teams in his coaching career, as of October 2024.

Callahan played collegiate football at the University of California, Los Angeles, as a holder and a quarterback. At UCLA, Callahan received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2006 and a Master's degree in Education in 2008. Prior to attending college, Callahan did his high school graduation from De La Salle High School.

Callahan was appointed as a coaching assistant by the Denver Broncos in 2010. After five seasons with the Broncos, Callahan was hired as a quarterbacks coach by the Detroit Lions. In 2018, The Oakland Raiders hired Callahan as a quarterbacks coach. The following year, Callahan was appointed as an offensive coordinator by the Cincinnati Bengals. After his tenure with the Bengals, the Tennessee Titans hired Callahan as their head coach in 2024.

UCLA Bruins (2006 - 2007)

Denver Broncos (2010 - 2015)

The Denver Broncos hired Callahan to initially serve as their coaching assistant in 2010. However in 2011, he became their offensive quality control coach for two seasons. In 2013, he got promoted to offensive assistant and was a part of the Broncos' staff that won the Super Bowl 50 in 2015.

In 2019, Callahan was appointed as the Offensive Coordinator of the Cincinnati Bengals. He played a huge role in improving the team's offense, as the Bengals made a Super Bowl appearance during the 2021 NFL season.

Tennessee Titans (2024 - Present)

On 24th January, 2024, Callahan was appointed as the head coach of the Tennessee Titans. As of October 2024, Callahan has a 1-3 record as the head coach.
