After spending four years with the Bulldogs, in 2023, Williams entered the NCAA Transfer Portal to finish his collegiate career as a Duck. Prior to his college football career, Williams played his high school football for St. Francis and he is the brother of former Oregon and NFL safety Bennett Williams.
In his third year with the Bulldogs, Williams notched 59 solo tackles and 31 assisted tackles, making it a total of 90 tackles for 2021 season. He also had 4.5 tackles for loss and 3 interceptions. Due to his remarkable reason, Williams was named first-team All-Mountain West in 2021. While the numbers dropped off by a bit, Williams had another great season in 2022 and was named second-team All-Mountain West in 2022. After the end of the 2022 season, Williams entered the NCAA Transfer Portal and chose to play for the Ducks.
With the Oregon Ducks in 2023, Williams recorded 82 total tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. Due to his performance in the 2023 season, Williams was named second-team All-Pac 12. Williams did not have any more eligibility left and hence he will now enter the 2024 NFL draft.
