
Jalen Hurts is an American football quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles franchise in the 2024 NFL season. Hurts was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round (53rd overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft. According to Spotrac, he signed a contract extension with the team, valued at $255 million in 2023. In 2022, he secured Second-team All-Pro honors, a Pro Bowl spot, and the Bert Bell Award. Hurts started his collegiate career at the University of Alabama, where he played from 2016 to 2018. He transferred to the University of Oklahoma for his senior season.
