The Buffalo Bills drafted Coleman with the 33rd pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL draft. The first-round selection, which belonged to the Bills with the 28th pick, was traded down a few positions. As of the 2024 regular NFL season, Coleman has recorded 29 receptions, 556 receiving yards, and 4 receiving touchdowns (as reported by Pro Football Reference).

Coleman chose to play collegiate football and basketball at Michigan State University.
