College (2003 - 2007)
Matt LaFleur started his coaching career at his alma mater Saginaw Valley State, where he served as offensive assistant while teaching local high school kids Maths part-time. In LaFleur’s first three seasons with Green Bay, the Packers finished with 13 wins each season, en route to three NFC North titles and two NFC Championship appearances.
