Tennessee Titans (2018 - 2023)

However, they lost only 3 games out of the next 10 and made the playoffs as a wildcard team, finishing sixth in the AFC. The Titans continued their red-hot form going into the postseason as they knocked both the New England Patriots and 1st-seeded Baltimore Ravens to reach the AFC Championship game, where they lost to the eventual Super Bowl winners Kansas City Chiefs.

The next two seasons saw Mike Vrabel and the Tennessee Titans win consecutive AFC South titles on the back of 11 and 12 wins in the 2020 and 2021 seasons respectively (via Pro Football Reference).
