Odell Beckham Jr., aka OBJ, is a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins since March 2024. He has been playing in the NFL for a decade now, first drafted as the overall #12 pick in 2014 by the New York Giants. The 2021 Super Bowl champion, Beckham, was named for the Pro Bowl three times consecutively from 2014 to 2016. He was also the 2014 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year and was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana, native went to Isidore Newman School and was then a jack of all, playing in basketball, football and track events. He even played as a quarterback, wide receiver, running back and cornerback, proving his versatility. He then broke a school record for 1,010 yards, being the second player after Cooper Manning to achieve so.

OBJ was also the Louisiana 2A All-State first-team, and graduating in 2011, the four-star recruit opted for the Louisianna State University (LSU). He was a standout player at the LSU for all three seasons, 2011-2013, earning first-team All-American and first-team All-SEC in 2013, along with the Paul Hornung Award. He forgoed his senior year for the 2014 Draft, playing in 40 games, recording 143 receptions for 2,340 yards for 12 touchdowns; seven carries for 77 rushing yards; 62 punt returns for 557 yards; and 42 kickoff returns for 1,044 yards.

New York Giants (2014-2018)

Odell Beckham Jr. signed a four-year rookie deal with the New York Giants in 2014, after being drafted as the overall #12 pick, worth $10.4 million, which was completely guaranteed for an average annual salary of $2.6 million.

Cleveland Browns (2019-2021)

Originally, Odell's contract was extended with the Giants for five years worth $90 million; however, in the 2018 season, he got injured and missed the final four games, being traded to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for Jabrill Peppers and Kevin Zeitler in 2019.
