Rashawn Slater is an American football offensive tackle for the Los Angeles Chargers as of the 2024 NFL season. The Chargers drafted him with the 13th overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft. In the 2021 season, he was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team. Slater was also named to his first Pro Bowl as a starter in the same season. In the 2022 season, he suffered an injury in Week 3 because of which he remained out for the season.

The Texas native began his collegiate career with Northwestern College in 2017. Slater started 12 games as a freshman in 2017. He was also named to the Big Ten Conference All-Freshman Team the same year. As a junior, he allowed zero sacks in the 11 outings of the 2019 season. Slater went to Clements High School for his primary education.
