Rashee Rice plays as a wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL. He was drafted by the Chiefs as the 55th overall pick in the second round of the 2023 NFL draft. His elite numbers made the Kansas City Chiefs draft him in the second round. Firstly, Rice displayed great hands throughout the season and caught 77.5 percent of his catches in the 2023 season (via Pro Football Reference). As of February 2025, Rice has made 103 catches for 1,226 yards with nine touchdowns in his career, as recorded by Pro Football Reference.

During his college football career with Southern Methodist University (SMU), Rice played 10 games for the 2019 season and had 25 receptions for 403 yards and one touchdown (via Sports Reference). In his second season, Rice was promoted to the starting role and had 683 yards, five touchdowns, and 48 receptions. In the 2021 season, Rice posted 64 receptions for 670 yards and nine touchdowns and was named an honorable mention for the All-American Athletic Conference team, as per the SMU website. However, this fueled Rice as in his final college season, he went out with a bang and had 96 receptions, 1,355 receiving yards, and ten receiving touchdowns, as recorded by Sports Reference.
