Tyler Royce Bass is an American football placekicker for the Buffalo Bills as of the 2024 NFL season. The Bills selected him with the 188th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In April 2023, Bass signed a four-year contract extension with the Bills, valued at $20.4 million. As of Week 2 in the 2024 season, Bass has made 110 field goals out of 130 attempts. He holds several Bills franchise records, including the most field goals attempted in a single game, with 8 attempts in Week 7 of the 2020 season. That same year, he set the record for the most points scored in a single season, with 141 points.

Bass played football for the Georgia Southern Eagles, representing Georgia Southern University at the collegiate level. During his time there, he earned a place on the First-team All-Sun Belt and was named to the AP All-Bowl Team in 2018. He was also a two-time Second-team All-Sun Belt selection in 2017 and 2019. In the 2019 season, Bass made a school-record 20 field goals out of 28 attempts. Before committing to Georgia Southern University, he played high school football at Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, where he won the Chris Sailer Award for High School Kicker of the Year following his senior season.
