Tyler Guyton is an American professional football offensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys of the NFl. He started his college football career playing for the Texas Christian University and spent two seasons playing for the team (2020, 2021). Guyton, an offensive tackle, transferred to Oklahoma after the conclusion of the 2021 season and played for them for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Guyton ran his 40-yard dash in 5.19 seconds despite being 6 feet 7 inches tall. Prior to college, Guyton played as a defensive end. For the upcoming 2024 NFL draft, Guyton is projected to go as high as the 21st pick in the first round of the draft.

In his true freshman season in 2020, Guyton played in one game and redshirted for the rest of the season. In 2021, Guyton started for one game but appeared in 8 total games. He also caught a touchdown pass in a game against Iowa State. After the conclusion of the 2021 season, Guyton transferred to Oklahoma. Guyton is a former three-star recruit who played football and basketball in high school. He attended Manor High School and played mostly as a defensive lineman. He helped his school reach the state quarterfinals and was the 145th-best player coming out of Texas. Guyton ultimately decided to play his college football for TCU.

According to The Philadelphia Inquirer,, Alvin Guyton stated that when Guyton was 9 years of age, he carried five defenders on his back until he was brought down just a tad short of the goal line. He also talked about what Guyton had to go through changing his position from defensive tackle to O-Line. Unfortunately, not much else is known about him in the public domain.
