American football nose tackle Tevita Tuliʻakiʻono Tuipulotu Mosese Vaʻhae Fehoko Faletau Vea, simply known as Vita Vea plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as of the 2024 NFL season. He was drafted in the first round (12th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. Vea started 8 games while appearing in 13 games in his rookie year. He became a starter in his second season in the NFL. In the Super Bowl LV season of Tampa Bay, Vea played in 5 games recording 10 tackles. In his six seasons in the NFL, Vea has recorded 180 combined tackles in his 79 appearances as of the end of the 2023-24 season.

Vea grew up attending Milpitas High School in California. He was a versatile player who could play running back and defensive line as well. In his four seasons, Vea totaled 296 tackles and 19 sacks. He made it to the Division II all-state first team as a senior as he bagged 89 tackles. Vea committed to the University of Washington playing for the Huskies in 2014. He played in all 13 games as a redshirt freshman in 2015. In his three years, Vea recorded 66 solo and 100 total tackles in college. He was also the recipient of Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year and Morris Trophy in 2017.
