As of February 2023, Lauren & Cameron, and Amber & Matthew from “Love is Blind” season one, and also Alexa & Brennon, and Colleen & Matt from “Love is Blind” season three are still together.

In the three seasons of "Love is Blind," seventeen couples have appeared, six of whom have married according to the show's format, and only four are still together. The others either failed or divorced. On February 13, 2020, "Love is Blind," a three-week Netflix event, made its debut. It is a dating reality television series created by Chris Coelen and produced by Kinetic Content. “The Bachelor” and “Married at First Sight,” two other Kinetic Content-produced television shows, have been contrasted with the series.

"Love Is Blind" was given a second and third season on Netflix on March 24, 2020. February 11, 2022, saw the second season's debut, and February 25, 2022, saw its end. Dallas, Texas, is the setting for the third season, which was shot immediately after season two. On March 24, 2022, Netflix announced that it had picked up Love Is Blind for a fourth and fifth season.

As of February 2023, the following relationships are still going strong from Netflix's "Love is Blind":

Lauren and Cameron will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary in November 2023, and they're still going strong.

"Hangin' With the Hamiltons," the couple's own YouTube series, "talks about everything in our lives, the different elements that make them up." Cameron says in the couple's introduction video: "Whether it’s our family, our friends, dinner, drinks, or cocktails, you know what I’m talking about."

Lauren also revealed that she and Cameron are considering having children in 2021. "I'm not pregnant, let me preface that, but we do have a little fur baby," she told Us Weekly. "So, he’s our child for now, and our work is our child." As of 2023, they do not have a child.

Matt and Amber are still together. Amber is now known as Amber Barnett (Matt's surname). Even last year, in November, the couple marked their third wedding anniversary with a sweet Instagram video.

Amber wrote, "But seriously, Happy Anniversary to my love, @barnettisblind. This third year was definitely charmed, and judging by the pics I’d say we’ve got this kissing thing down pat! If it’s cool with you, though, I’d like to keep practicing." They will celebrate the completion of their fourth year of marriage in November 2023.

Alexa and Brennon (Season Three)

Brennon and Alexa appear to be a happy couple. Alexa gushed about Brennon to Women's Health when they spoke about their current relationship: "It's kind of strange getting back into all of this because it's just been us two," Alexa says. "It's super exciting." "Every day is just a fairy tale." Brennon concurred, describing their marriage as "wonderful" in an interview with Women's Health.

"All the serious issues we really, honestly discussed on the show, and that's why we fell in love so quickly and so wholeheartedly," Brennon claims. A baby may also be on the way in 2023, based on the "After the Altar" episodes where Brennon and Alexa discuss their family plans and Alexa states that she wants five kids.

Colleen and Matt (Season Three)

These two are fortunate to have a happy marriage. Matt told Women's Health that he likes "taking care of her, cooking dinner for her, rubbing her feet, whatever it is," despite Colleen working three jobs. "The relationship has grown astronomically," Matt continues.

Colleen revealed that they needed to resolve some issues, just like any other couple would. "Just because we got married doesn't mean that all those issues that we were having were all of a sudden going to be resolved and we weren't going to have them anymore," Colleen clarifies. "So, for some time, we were still working on those issues." "But it was very nice not to do it in front of cameras."

The couple also acknowledged during the reunion that they do not yet live together despite spending every day together due to practical and financial issues. After their respective leases expire, they intend to move in together.
