Nicolas Jarry is a professional tennis player from Chile who is ranked No. 24 in singles as of July 2024. He achieved his career-high ranking of No. 16 in May 2024. Born on October 11, 1995, in Santiago, Chile, Jarry comes from a tennis loving family. He is the grandson of former ATP player Jaime Fillol, who won seven titles, and the nephew of Alvaro Fillol, who won five doubles titles. Also, his aunt, Catalina Fillol, is the tournament director of the Chile Open, which will be held in February 2024.
Jarry has won three ATP singles titles in his career so far, including the Swedish Open (2019), the Chile Open (2023) and the Geneva Open (2023). He has also won two ATP doubles titles.
