Kahleah Copper was born on August 28, 1994, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the United States. She is an American professional basketball player and a small forward for the Phoenix Mercury. She was the seventh pick by the Washington Mystics in the 2016 WNBA Draft. She played for the Chicago Sky from 2017 to 2023, and on February 6, 2024, she was traded to the Phoenix Mercury.
Kahleah Copper and her team, Chicago Sky, were the 2021 WNBA Champions and she was the Finals MVP. Copper also played overseas in the Spanish League and the EuroLeague. She received the 2022 EuroLeague Regular Season MVP. At the 2022 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup in Australia, she represented the United States and took home the gold medal. Copper will play for the USA Women's Basketball Team in the 2024 Paris Olympics Game.
